  • The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), has reported a 300% increase in cyber-crime since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2019, Cybersecurity firm Cofense cited an an example in which a phishing attack launched against a major healthcare organization was stopped within 19 minutes thanks to employees who reported suspicious emails to their security operations center (SOC).
